Sarah had a lovely blog design already. She wanted to add a menu bar to it. So I looked through the elements of her design and decided that a tag I found on iStock Photo would be just the right element. I took the tags and recolored them to match her site. Then, I added a mouseover element, so that the menu tags move when the mouse hovers over it. It was a fun and whimsical addition to her already wonderful blog design!
